Unity Kids at Eagle's Nest Yoga and Wellness

Eagle's Nest Yoga and Wellness is a studio located on Broadway and Boise. We are a studio that celebrates the inner knowings within our hearts, connects to our divinity through breath-work, grounding, incorporating stillness, introspection, and movement, celebrates all soul development and life paths, builds connections within ourselves and the community at large, and cultivates lightness in the body, mind, and heart.
Throughout our offerings, we aim to assist the integration and expansion of all as we align with our highest good, authenticity, and inner magic. May we fall in love with our Whole Selves and allow our frequency to shine in all places and times.
Unity Kids Yoga and Swimming is one thing that makes our studio unique: we have many programs available for all ages from conception to adulthood. Our mission is to nurture the total child within all environments while participating in a variety of offerings from art to swimming to yoga to free open studio play. If you wish for your child to learn through mindfulness and play, in a heart-centered and holistic teaching approach, our programs have been designed for you.
