The firm as it currently exists has been in operation since 1994, but its predecessor firms date back to 1976, when David L. Nixon co-founded the firm of Brown and Nixon; that firm was recognized as one of the preeminent plaintiffs’ personal injury firms in New Hampshire, as is the current firm. Our law firm enjoys a respected statewide and national reputation, but has deliberately chosen to remain small in order to offer personalized and supportive service to our clients. We are assisted in this by our talented and dedicated staff, who understand the difficult emotional and financial needs of people, particularly those who have suffered injury caused by the negligence of others.
