Ritchie Rosso, Jr., MD, and Robert Chappell, Jr., MD, are Board-Certified Dermatologists with specialties in psoriasis treatment, advanced skin cancer diagnosis and treatments, and various cosmetic and surgical dermatological procedures.
Dr. Rosso is one of only two dermatologists in the Permian Basin area who specializes in Mohs surgery for skin cancer -- a procedure with the highest recovery success rate for certain types of skin cancer.
In addition to Dr. Rosso and Dr. Chappell, this exceptional medical and aesthetic team also includes two physician assistants: Dr. Rosso’s brother Nathan Rosso, MMS, PA-C, and Jason Dominguez, MPAS, PA-C, who both provide comprehensive skin cancer screenings, mole evaluation, and expert treatment for rashes, psoriasis, acne, eczema, warts, and numerous other dermatologic and aesthetic services.
Sandra Hernandez, RN, BSN, is the team’s registered nurse who has been practicing aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology under Dr. Chappell’s supervision for more than 10 years. Sandra specializes in procedures, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and laser skin resurfacing treatments. She is certified in skin health restoration and rejuvenation and the accompanying treatments.
