Iosif Gulkarov, MD

A Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Staten Island University Hospital, Iosif Gulkarov, MD completed his general surgery training and cardiothoracic research fellowship at New York University Langone Medical Center. Subsequently, Dr. Gulkarov received his cardiothoracic surgery training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and Board of Thoracic Surgery. He also belongs to numerous professional societies and is the author and co-author of many peer-reviewed publications.
