I, Michael Wedemeyer, owner and operator of Wedemeyer Construction, was born and raised in Pagosa Springs. I started in concrete construction in Pagosa Springs in 1994 until 2003.

At the end of 2003, I move to Bakersfield, California where I continued in concrete construction by starting an interior concrete design company. I specialized in interior flooring and countertops.

I completed multiple interiors for beauty salons, doctors offices, fitness gyms, nutrition stores, clothing boutiques and more.

My passion was working with the homeowner in their personal residence to create that unique, one of a kind interior floor, countertop or outdoor dreamscape.

In 2007, I completed a job for Robert Redford (The Kabuki Kitchen) in San Francisco.

By 2009, life took a few turns. I found myself in Law Enforcement. In 2016, With a few more twists and turns, I brought my amazing wife, Hazel, kids, Michael, Mackenzie and Devin back home to Pagosa Springs. I ended my career in Law Enforcement to return with a spark of passion to serve and provide the folks of our town with a personal, one on one, unique experience in concrete.
