Sunset Cleaning offers a full range of building maintenance and commercial cleaning services for property management firms, building owners and facility managers in commercial, industrial markets and private schools at affordable rates.
Main duties are to clean all general areas of the property which includes daily trash disposal, wiping windows, polishing desks, dusting and vacuuming carpeted surfaces, sanitizing telephones, and sweeping/mopping halls.
We keep equipment and supplies clean to exceptionally presentability.
Sunset Cleaning provides more than just routine maintenance. We provide the extra service required to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Sunset Cleaning strives to go the extra mile. Maintaining our reputation is our number one priority. By adhering to this code, we are confident you will be pleased with our maintenance services and the quality of our work.
We offer a three month trial period. You will not be bound by any contracts until you decide to officially hire as your maintenance provider.
Once under our contract, our price is guaranteed for at least one full year.
