To maintain the functional improvements achieved during physical therapy, the studio offers personalized fitness programs, often incorporating Pilates sessions on both mat and equipment. Jill Dart, co-owner of Results Movement Studio, is pink ribbon certified to assist breast cancer patients in achieving strengthening and mobility after surgery.
