About Alison Kadans

Expertise in mortgage origination is achieved with time and experience, there is no such that as a "Mortgage Major". I began my mortgage career working as a “temp” at a mortgage company in 1992, and in 1993 I was hired for a full-time position at a mortgage branch of a large, national bank. I started as a loan processor, then became a loan officer assistant, and by 1994 I was originating mortgages. I was named “Rookie of the Year” in 1995, and over my career, I was an eight-time member of Leader’s Club and recognized as a Five Star Professional by 5280 Magazine in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

I’m lucky to have found a career I love and I’m proud to have originated more than 3,000 loans ($700M+) for hundreds of customers over the past 24 years. My goal is to make the experience of getting a mortgage as enjoyable as possible while making sure my clients close on a mortgage that best suits their financial goals. I educate my clients about the mortgage process and I have thorough and detailed conversations about their individual needs and available loan products. I take my HP12C (financial calculator) everywhere—I like numbers and I like helping people make sense of the numbers so they are comfortable with the loan they are getting and there are no surprises at the closing table.
