Wild Grace Wellness Center is proud to be the only wellness center in the USA to offer Mermaid Fascial Freedom™, a warm-water Myofascial Release therapy endorsed by John Barnes, PT. Owner Emily Estes, created Mermaid Fascial Freedom™ to release fascial restriction, reduce stress and pain and improve function.

Wild Grace aspires to transcend and include the best in aquatic therapy and exercise, Myofascial Release and massage, fitness and spiritual growth. Wild Grace offers a diverse menu of health services. We provide: Women's Health, W.A.T.S.U.™ (warm water stretching and massage), warm-water exercise classes, yoga and educational and spiritual workshops. Wild Grace is located in Mid-Coast Maine in a new, environmentally-friendly building with an indoor, heated, salt-water therapy pool, luxurious treatment rooms, an outdoor hot tub and a yoga/movement studio and workshop/meeting space. Wild Grace is handicapped accessible with ample on-site parking.
