The purchase of real estate is a huge financial decision for many people. Even with all the information on the internet and the HGTV shows about real estate, the average person is not as informed as someone like me, who has made this my career. I strongly encourage my clients to do as much research as they want. But I am the one they rely on, they trust, to make sense of all the data and bring it to a gratifying conclusion!

Some basic facts about me: I have been focused on real estate and development since I graduated from college in 1978. I have a B.A. in Economics and a Masters Degree in Business (MBA). I am the President of the Idaho State Association of REALTORS, 9,000 licensed agents across the state. I have successfully handled every kind of property in Idaho: vacant land and large acreages, subdivisions, homes of every size, commercial buildings, and all sorts of businesses.

I do not have a team. When you deal with me, you get ME, 100% of the time. I do, however, use a lengthy list of the most accomplished and trustworthy people who are essential in selling and buying property: this list includes bankers, mortgage brokers, appraisers, building inspectors, surveyors, contractors, foresters, gardeners, lawyers, title insurance officers, and so on. This is my “team.”
