Dr. Horowitz offers personalized, one to one care, in a relaxed, warm and welcoming environment. She treats women of all ages for well women exams, pap tests, breast exams, gynecologic surgery, family planning, and all other women's health needs. She takes care of pregnant women and delivers at a state of the art hospital in Somerset County. She strives to provide the highest quality of patient care and education. She is board certified and has been in practice for over 20 years. She is the mother of two teenage children.
