It turns out life sometimes presents obstacles that contribute to losing sight of who you are. During these times, it really helps to have a safe space to be open up and be honest about what you are experiencing. We provide counseling services to adult women who are facing challenges in their life. This includes women experiencing perinatal anxiety and/or depression, eating disorders, and finding the “new norm” during major life transitions.
