About Joe Diecedue

Joseph Diecedue, State General Agent in Louisiana, celebrated his 10th anniversary with American Income Life Insurance Company in 2011. Prior to joining AIL, he was a college student at Louisiana State University, working as a bartender and waiter. He joined the Company just four months after he graduated.

He was attracted to American Income Life because it catered to a niche market, allowed him fast-track advancement, weekly income potential, and most importantly, lifetime vested residual renewal income. Says Joseph, “All good things come with sacrifice and the same is true with AIL. If you’re willing to work hard, work flexible hours, follow proven systems, and have a positive attitude, there is no better Opportunity Unlimited than AIL!

Joseph says, “Chances are slim my family’s lifestyle would be the same if I had joined another company 10 years ago.” In 2003, Joseph was awarded the National Leadership Award for the Leadership Academy. In 2010, he was the #2 SGA in his category for Growth Percentage and was appointed to American Income Life’s 2011 Executive Council.

Joseph is passionate about AIL products. He says, “Our products are more than beneficial; they are powerful. I knew I had made the right decision to join American Income Life after four months with the Company. A 32-year-old wife and mother of two little daughters died in a car crash. Her husband called to tell me that AIL had already paid for the funeral, and that if it wasn’t for my one-hour appointment two months prior, he wouldn’t be able to take off work for the next six months to be with his two grieving daughters. He thanked me and asked me to come back to his house and add more coverage on him, since he was the only surviving parent. When I hung up the phone, I knew that my new career with AIL was my life’s career. My friends who work at banks or in retail don’t get phone calls like that. I get well paid to help protect families, and that’s a rewarding career.

In his spare time, Joseph loves spending time with his wife and two baby boys. He also partakes in exercise for both the mind and the spirit and enjoys fishing and traveling, whether on Company trips or with his family.
