About Francisco Perez

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Business Management, Francisco Perez came to American Income Life Insurance Company after 13 years in the restaurant industry. Now a State General Agent in Rhode Island/southeastern Massachusetts, Francisco says, “I joined AIL for financial opportunity. I had not been able to make the money I needed to support my family unless I had two to three jobs. Knowing I can provide financially for my family has been the most rewarding part of joining American Income Life.”

AIL has brought more than financial success to Francisco; it has brought him recognition within the Company. In 2002, he was the #3 General Agent, a member of the Founder’s Club and recognized in the Company magazine, Spotlight, numerous times.

Francisco relates to the products American Income Life offers. “AIL’s products protect the working class people which I come from.” He knew he had made the right decision joining AIL when he attended his 20th high school reunion. “I looked around me and saw many people who were not happy with where they ended up in life. Most of them did not have the vehicle to fulfill dreams.” He knew he had that vehicle in American Income Life. Francisco says, “If you feel you deserve more in life, then join AIL. You can create the options you want in life for your family and make the money you need to realize those options.”

What advice does Francisco give to someone new to AIL? “Dream! You have the opportunity at American Income Life to carve out your piece of the pie. All you have to do is dream big, create a plan, resolve to follow the plan, and get to work.”

Francisco’s career interests carry over to his free time when he enjoys reading books on sales and leadership.
