Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Busquets moved to the United States at the age of 19 and earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). After working five years, the successful chiropractic care he and his wife received for back injuries motivated Dr. Busquets to change careers.
After suffering a back injury, and unable to get relief after a series of doctor’s appointments and various treatments, including steroid shots and painkillers, Dr. Busquets took his wife to a chiropractor. After just three chiropractic adjustments, she could stand and hold their new baby without pain for the first time in weeks.
A month later, Dr. Busquets suffered a back injury that prevented him from working. Within a week of chiropractic care, his health was restored and he returned to his job. These personal experiences prompted Dr. Busquets to attend Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
Since then, Dr. Busquets has been helping patients get relief from pain and debilitating spine, joint, and muscle conditions without dependency on medications. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment in a friendly, state-of-the-art environment, for patients of all ages in the Jacksonville area.
