Our space has been renovated to offer a cutting-edge feel in an exposed brick-walled building from the early 1900s. We have incorporated many ingenious techniques to allow multifunction, depending on the discipline that will be practicing at any given time. The theme is an industrial loft with hard and soft edges in a mindful environment–complete with changing rooms and waiting spaces for the ebb and flow of the classes and for the maximum privacy of the clients we hope to serve. We have incorporated modern technology from our sound systems and lighting to apps for class scheduling and payment–all with the hope to make the process time-efficient, paperless, and stress-free for the busy professional whose plans can turn on a dime.
