Her journey in medicine began at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science in 2015. During her undergraduate years, Dr. Iyer demonstrated exceptional academic achievements and a passion for understanding the human body’s intricacies.

Eager to pursue her dream of becoming a physician, Dr. Iyer went on to obtain her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019. Her time at the medical school provided her with a holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.

Following medical school, Dr. Iyer completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, in 2023.
