Russell Daniel, MD, specializes in regenerative medicine with a focus on using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and homologous stem cells to treat joint arthritis and spine disease. Dr. Daniel offers these services at Southcoast Regenerative Medicine in Aiken, South Carolina, with the goal to improve functionality and mobility for each of his patients.
Dr. Daniel previously worked at Roper Hospital and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, providing anesthesiology and pain management services. He also has extensive experience in treating numerous conditions using both traditional pain medicine and innovative techniques, including kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty, radiofrequency (RF) ablation, spinal decompression, and spinal stimulation.
Graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, Dr. Daniel received his undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and biology. He earned his medical degree from Graduate Medical Education at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, where he also completed his anesthesiology residency.
Using a variety of cutting-edge therapies and advanced regenerative medicine techniques, Dr. Daniel can treat a wide range of chronic medical conditions without the need for surgical intervention.
