Souleymane Bah, known by his colleagues as Souley, joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2010, after working as a sales associate at an international home furnishing store. Souley was looking for an opportunity to achieve, be rewarded, and paid based on his own efforts and successes. He found all of it and more in a career with AIL. Souley discovered, “AIL is hands-down the greatest opportunity out there.” Souley is most fulfilled when giving people access to products that can protect their families during life’s hardest times.

Souley was able to implement systems he learned from other successful top performers to achieve personal success for himself. “If you are willing to sacrifice, be coachable, dedicate a couple of years of your life, and live the way most people won’t, you’ll live the rest of your life the way most people can’t,” he said. He tells potential Agents, “Life is about decisions, and it’s imperative to put ourselves in a position to win by making the right decision and not overthinking.”
