Julie and Chris Wilhelmy - Gold Coast Real Estate

Julie Wilhelmy, a California native, is a licensed broker in California, Nevada and Illinois. Though becoming a Realtor in 1984, Julie was Senior VP off Chrysler's real estate division in San Diego for 12-years. While growing her real estate business, Julie co-created two SAAS companies selling nationwide REOs, eviction assets, foreclosures, short sales and standard residential properties. Together with her husband, Chris, they bring a combined 45+ years experience in residential & commercial sales, rentals and asset management. Chris Wilhelmy was born in Yuma, Arizona as the oldest of 9 siblings. After college, Chris relocated to San Diego, where he spent many years in the landscape construction business, including Sea World and Hotel le Meridien, at Coronado Island. Deciding to apply his knowledge of San Diego County to real estate, he began his career in 1988 with his wife, Julie, and subsequently built his reputation in the San Diego real estate market. Chris and his wife Julie are loyal—perhaps to a fault—and work to earn their clients' trust. They utilize their experience in the best interests of their clients, ultimately gaining repeat customers who return after receiving a level of service that has eclipsed their expectations.
