Tracy Powers began his real estate career in December 2003 as a sales agent in Colorado Springs. After moving to the Emerald Coast in September 2005 Tracy acquired his Broker's license in December and began assisting home buyers and sellers in the Fort Walton Beach & Eglin AFB area. Tracy has extensive experience with listing homes for sellers, first time home buyers, VA buyers, and vacation home buyers. His 22 years as an Air Force spouse has given him first-hand knowledge of the military PSC experience.
