The company's main office is in Plano, Texas where it operates a 4-acre state-of-the-art secure impound facility that is staffed 24 hours a day/7-days a week complete with inside storage capabilities for hold vehicles for law enforcement agencies. Jordan Towing also has offices in Dallas (a Frisco office is pending site approval).

A second-generation towing operation, Jordan Towing has, since 1996, been the exclusive provider of towing services for NTTA (North Texas Tollway Authority)—covering the Dallas North Tollway, George Bush Turnpike, Hwy 161 and Hwy 121—with an average on-site response time of less than 12 minutes.

Jordan Towing and its sister company J&J Towing, provide towing services to a number of law enforcement agencies, including: the Department of Public Safety, Collin County Sheriff's Office, Collin County Constable offices in Frisco and Plano, The Frisco Police Department, Highland Park Police Department, DART Police, NTTA and two police zones in the City of Dallas.

In addition to being a Progressive Insurance Concierge Towing Service Provider Jordan Towing also provides towing services for the following roadside assistance programs: GE, Allstate and Cross Country Motor Club. Additionally, Jordan Towing is the exclusive towing provider for numerous quality new car dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
