The Health Institute of Hampstead

The Health Institute of Hampstead came to life based on one simple thing: Community! For the last ten years we've traveled to and fro' to have access to integrative or alternative health options for ourselves. It's frustrating, expensive and time consuming, but was absolutely necessary. We put our thinking caps on and knew that we had to bring this to life right here in our own community. And so, The Health Institute was born.

Our founders all share in a strong desire to continue to walk the path of serving and leadership. Founded by military veterans, an educated and experienced massage therapist, and a tenured healthcare executive made for the right formula to provide a solution for our rapidly growing community who's starved for local integrative health options.

The leadership of The Health Institute focuses on providing community and practitioners a place to give and receive holistic, yet clinically proven and studied treatments as an integrative option. We customize and tailor each treatment plan to the individual. Our treatment plans may consistent of: Massage Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna Therapy, Halotherapy (Salt), Meditation, Sound and Light Therapy, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, and referrals to qualified therapists we know and trust. In the future we hope to incorporate other modalities such as Functional Medicine, Chiropractic care, a Naturopath, and other modalities along those same lines.

We commit to never stagnating, and have structured our business model so that we may welcome practitioners of varying specialties to our business model with ease.

We also found it to be incredibly important to reserve space for education. Our healers constantly seek self-improvement. We also thought it to be just as important for our community leaders to also have a sanctuary to hold workshops that are in alignment with our vision as well.
