Chad Johnson grew up in Corpus Christi, at the time home of Whataburger. He found his love for Central Texas while balancing his business management degree and playing baseball at Texas State in San Marcos. Intrigued by corporate business, he took opportunity to learn more when his home-town staple, Whataburger relocated their headquarters to the Central Texas area. After 6 successful years learning the internal workings of a highly successful corporate business, Chad felt the desire to put his passion for Central Texas and management experience together to form his own real estate business. In his free time, he and his wife spend afternoons boating at the lake. He also volunteers as a board member with the local ski show team on Lake McQueeney and the HOA at Treasure Island. Grateful for the those that share his love for the water, Chad opens doors to all that desire to be there.
