Russell Murray Hospice

Russell-Murray Hospice (RMH) is an open access, non-profit organization serving a 75-mile radius of El Reno, Oklahoma since 1988. A diverse Board of Directors governs RMH. Our program is licensed by the State of Oklahoma and is certified by Medicare.

Russell-Murray Hospice was co-founded and established in 1988 by two registered nurses who were dedicated to the provision of excellent end-of-life care. The hospice was named in memory of the founder’s fathers, John Mart Russell and Hardee LeRoy Murray, who both suffered with terminal illnesses. Russell-Murray Hospice is the only free-standing, open access, non-profit 501(c)(3) hospice serving central and western Oklahoma. Operating as a non-profit hospice allows us to care for all who qualify for services, regardless of ability to pay.
