Portland Home Inspect

I take pride in serving the Portland metro area by offering excellent services at Portland Home Inspect. I bring over two decades of residential remodeling, construction estimating and home inspection experience to each inspection.

It is my goal to provide quality information about the properties that I examine. I try hard to not cut corners or skew facts. I typically spend 3 to4 hours on-site. I use a unique reporting system of my own design to present a digital inspection report that is easy to read and often contains over 50 pictures.

The report is designed to assist in the process of deciding what conditions are most important, giving solutions to each condition found, and giving a good start on creating a repair addendum (copy and paste the "suggested action".)
