Lyan Hummell is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from Campbell Law School. Prior to law school, she studied at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Hummell also attended the University of Strathclyde, Jordanhill, Glasgow, Scotland to intensely study in Britain’s social service delivery system for children involved in the court and Rutgers Law School.

After graduation, Ms. Hummell immediately began practicing as a litigator in the private sector with a strong emphasis on family law. More than a decade later, Ms. Hummell continues to concentrate her legal knowledge on all issues relating to family law. As a first generation American born to Cuban parents, Ms. Hummell is proudly involved in the Hispanic community and the Hispanic Bar Association.

Ms. Hummell is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the Hudson County Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association.
