Erin Brueche (Schneiderman)

Erin B. Brueche (formerly Erin B. Schneiderman) is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. She is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification which is achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey.

Ms. Brueche is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Wake Forest School of Law. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the Office of Attorney General, Division of Youth and Family Services, Newark and also as a law clerk for the Board of Attorney Certifications, Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following her graduation from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, P.J.F.P., former presiding Judge of the Somerset County Family Part (now retired). Ms. Brueche is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar and the State of New York Bar. Since entering private practice, Ms. Brueche has been solely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law where she represents clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division of assets, and all related issues.
