Stephanie O’Neill

Stephanie O’Neill is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. While in law school, Ms. O’Neill was active in the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic, where she dealt with a variety of family law issues, including adoption, alimony, and equitable distribution. Ms. O’Neill was also involved with the Courtroom Advocates Project, where she was able to help economically disadvantaged victims of domestic violence obtain Orders of Protections. Prior to law school, she studied at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.

Ms. O’Neill is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a member of the Hudson County Bar Association and also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. O’Neill is also admitted to practice in the State of New York.
