Colette founded Back in Action Physical Therapy, in 1999, based on one simple principle; to help relieve the pain associated with injury so that people can quickly return to doing the activities they love to do while minimizing the potential for future injury.

Colette specializes in treating athletic injuries as well as neck and back pain. Her treatment methods are based on principles she learned while studying in Australia, up to date research and best practices, as well as her own experience in over 25 years of practicing physical therapy.

Colette also teaches continuing education seminars to other physical therapists to enhance their clinical skills.
