I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, non-profit and school-based counseling. I work with individuals, both long and short-term on issues of anxiety, depression, overcoming pain from the past, and a general feeling of being “stuck.”
We all go through difficult times in our life. Therapy offers a safe place, away from the entanglements of your daily life, where you can process, regroup, and reconnect with a happier self. Dealing with the difficulties of life can cause distressing feelings which can interfere with your relationships and general wellbeing. My hope is that our work together will serve to guide you through these difficulties. Used as a tool, therapy can restore or discover your sense of wellbeing. As your therapist, my role is to assist you in utilizing your strengths to attain that goal.
