Fishtrap Lake Resort

The Fishtrap Recreation Area covers over 7,000 acres of public land which is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. There are various habitat types from forest, shrub, grassland, wetlands and lakes. These areas are home to a wide variety of wildlife along with beautiful landscapes and even an old farmstead. A nice small lake resort, where you can go swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, or just get some peace and quiet. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for 18 years. We are only open during the months of April and September. Don't miss out & come by, grab a camping site for your tent or RV.
