As a board certified Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience, I have worked with people of diverse culture and ethnic background in outpatient and inpatient settings. I believe that overall health has an emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimension. I also think a peaceful and content mind/brain paves the path to a disease-free body. I strive to invest in comprehensive evaluation to make accurate diagnoses and utilize a variety of approaches (mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and healthy life changes) including judicious use of medications to bring you to a state of Wellness.
