Justin Cole, MD, PhD - Compass Oncology

Dr. Cole is a pathologist specializing in benign and malignant hematologic disorders. He has advanced expertise in molecular testing and bone marrow examination. Although he rarely has the chance to meet with his patients, he is intimately connected to their medical history and an important member of the care team. His approach to pathology interpretation is meticulous, thoughtful and extremely thorough. He takes the time to analyze all data, ordering additional tests when indicated to provide the most accurate interpretation based on his extensive medical knowledge and findings. He is 100% committed to providing the answers that will lead to the most appropriate treatment plan.
When not working, Dr. Cole has fun with his wife and children. He enjoys hiking, camping, reading and has the unique distinction of having ridden 220 roller coasters.
