Neighborhood Health Center

Merlo Station HS SBHC is run by Neighborhood Health Center (NHC) is separate from the Merlo Station HS School Nurse. Services provided include diagnosis and treatment of minor illness, minor injuries, colds, ear infections, rashes, asthma, sinus infections as well as physical exams or check-ups, sports physicals, immunizations, referrals to specialty providers, health counseling on nutrition, tobacco use/cessation, substance and/or drug dependence, and health risk assessment/identification/reduction, safe and responsible sexuality, menstrual disorders, testing to see if you are pregnant.
NHC works with existing providers as needed to maintain continuity of care. Students should make an appointment ahead of time, but walk-ins are welcome. Services are available to all enrolled Beaverton School District students.
