Happy Smile: Jong Park, DMD

Born in South Korea, raised in Argentina, and educated in the United States, Jong Hoon Park, DMD offers high-quality general dentistry services at his Happy Smile practice in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, Dr. Park happily welcomes patients from Lincoln and nearby Pawtucket, Rhode Island who prefer to speak to their dentist in Spanish or Korean.
Before he became a dentist, Dr. Park pursued various science and health-related subjects. After graduating from the University of California-San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, he moved across the country to complete a master’s in clinical human nutrition at Columbia University in New York City. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the acclaimed Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.   
Following his education, Dr. Park worked at three dentistry practices in Massachusetts before opening Happy Smile in Rhode Island. He’s a U.S. citizen licensed to practice dentistry in both states.
Dr. Park and his three hygienists offer various services at Happy Smile, from cleanings and fillings to cosmetic techniques such as teeth whitening and veneers. He also offers painless injections to maximize patient comfort, and same-day crowns and bridges for convenience.
Collectively, the team at Happy Smile is fluent in four languages. Dr. Park is happy to speak with patients in Spanish, English, or Korean, while the hygienists also speak Portuguese.
