David graduated from Whittier College and UC Berkeley Law School and has received extensive mediation training from four different nationally renowned mediators. He has successfully mediated over 700 divorces in a 28 year period. He began his career as a family law trial attorney and dedicated 40 years to his profession, and now limits his practice to mediation cases and other non-litigated family law matters.David is listed as a “Preeminent Attorney” by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Directory, it’s highest rating. From 1990 through 2014, he’s been listed in America’s Best Lawyers for Orange County Family Law and the Los Angeles Times publication, Super Lawyers of Orange County. He served as a temporary Judge in the Orange County Family Law Court and has been a Private Judge and Special Master since 1980. He’s a past President of the Orange County Bar Association, co-founded its Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and received a Resolution of Thanks from the county Board of Supervisors for his efforts in establishing its Dispute Resolution Programs Act.
