 Mission:  PMA Medical & Wellness Center was established in 2007. PMA Medical & Wellness center is a Primary Care Clinic committed to providing compassionate, patient centered, high quality care that is available to patients from the age of 12  through adulthood. Through efficient use of office staff and medical technology, we are able to offer exceptionally accessible and personal care in a comfortable atmosphere.
We also ensures the coordination of care with other physicians for the best results possible.  Our patients are our priority and their physical, emotional, and mental health is most important to us.   We recognize that medicine and our health care delivery system is always changing. We commit to remaining flexible and non-dogmatic in an effort to remain a modern practice.  Through open communication and feedback from staff and patients, we commit to periodic re-evaluation of the quality of care we give and the patients and staff experience.

Understanding Health Information Privacy: The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides federal protections for individually identifiable health information held by covered entities and their business associates and gives patients an array of rights with respect to that information. At the same time, the Privacy Rule is balanced so that it permits the disclosure of health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.
The Security Rule specifies a series of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for covered entities and their business associates to use to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information.
