In 1975, Preston started his real estate development career. In the 80's he became one of the first digital cadd design company's in Riverside County. PMB Designs has provided architectural services to Commercial Business Owners, Medical Practices and General Contractors.
Working with City Planning and Building Departments including Fire Marshals, Preston has designed, permitted and built manufacturing facilities, plastic recycling facility for Mobil OIl, MRI imaging and family practices for physicians and facilities for (RCFE) Residential Care for the Elderly permited and licensed by the Department of Social Services.
