Blue Seal Petroleum is headquartered in DeWitt, AR, where it opened in 1929 on South Jefferson. We added products and services at that site until relocating to our new 22,000-square foot location at 1715 South Whitehead Dr. in 2001. Until then, the primary area of operation was Arkansas, Phillips, Desha, and Jefferson counties. The range of operation was expanded in 2005 when the Stuttgart location was added by the acquisition of the former Pamplin Oil. The addition of the Stuttgart location increased the area of coverage to Prairie County to the north, Monroe County to the northeast and Lonoke County to the northwest.
