Cascade Family Medicine P.S. is a family owned, family centered office, created to provide personal care in a smaller setting. We enjoy caring for the entire family unit, infants to adults, and some of the ‘first patients’ to the practice are still around.

In 2008, Sherilyn Foltz-Cook, D.O., his youngest daughter, finished her medical training as an Osteopathic Physician, and joined Cascade Family Medicine P.S. He is proud to have her working with him to serve the community. Together, their goal is to promote healthy choice, provide education on individual health, and to create a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for patients of all ages!
