Circle Health Village Square

Circle Health Village Square is home of outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical therapy and occupational therapy. Our Physical Therapy team works with patients to help restore function and mobility, decrease pain and maximize independence after injury or illness. We also have specialized physical therapy services that focus on treating women’s health issues. Our Occupational Therapy program provides individually-designed treatments to help support self-care in areas such as bathing, eating, dressing, work, and leisure activities.
