I have always that what I do is NOT about "selling" anything to anyone. Rather, what I do is help buyers find the kind of home they want to buy and then I help them learn about that home, work through all steps of the process, answer questions and sold any problems that occur along the way. I also work with my sellers the same way. I'm very straight with people about what their home is worth and I may not always say what they want to hear, but what they NEED to hear. I help my sellers through every step of the process of selling all the way through closing.
