Appeals: Appearing before the California Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal: Preserving FLSA and state labor protections for employees. Federal and state minimum wage and overtime issues. Preserving and protecting civil rights of collateral lenders who have incurred unlawful searches and seizures of their businesses and property.

Landlord and Tenant: We represent both commercial and residential landlords. We offer lease reviews and negotiation services, preparation of Three Day, Thirty Day and Sixty Day notices. We will file and prosecute unlawful detainer actions to complete eviction and recover a money judgment.
