College of English Language San Diego

Founded in 1981, the College of English Language offers high-quality English language courses, as well as exam preparation courses to international students. We have 3 schools throughout California, located in San Diego, Pacific Beach and Los Angeles.

Our experienced teachers and small classes (max. 10 students per class) provide students with a personal and enriching academic environment. Leaning English at CEL is much more than learning the top language in the world. It’s an opportunity to experience the American culture, meet students from other countries and cultivate an international perspective.
