Our mission at Elmwood Home Care is to support and care for communities through providing care that is compassionate, innovative and personalized. Our comprehensive approach to care stems from our belief that the best care is delivered in the comfort and privacy of our client's home.


Our philosophy at Elmwood Home Care is of the belief that we can positively impact the quality of care that is delivered to our patients by recognizing their individual needs and by maintaining excellent relationships with our employees, referral sources, and with the state and federal regulatory agencies. We are locally owned and operated which allows us to identify the needs of our patients, employees, referral sources, and communities as well as being able to appropriately respond in a timely manner. An adjunct to this concept is the essential role of evaluating the agency’s services and applying research to help improve those services.

Our philosophy is the basis for the mission and vision statement we have developed. Our staff has been educated and trained regarding the above philosophy and we provide ongoing monitoring to assure that Elmwood Home Care's mission is sustained over time.
