As the owner of Highland Lakes Appraisers, I am a licensed General Certified real estate appraiser and licensed real estate broker. I work with clients through the entire process from buying and selling through the appraisal and closing process. With over 30 years as a certified real estate appraiser, I am experienced in residential, commercial, farm and ranch appraisals for lending institutes and mortgage brokers. I also have completed many appraisals for estates, legitimatizes, buyers or seller consultations and have even appeared as an expert court witness. I am also a FEMA Flood Plan Administrator for both the city of Highland Haven and the city of Granite Shoals, TX. I complete Floodplain compliance letters for new construction and septic installations and work closely with both cities to help improve all aspects of living in such a special community.
