New Mexico Virtual Academy

New Mexico Virtual Academy partners with families to offer students in grades 6-12 a high-quality, individually tailored education experience. NMVA students all receive loaned computer equipment, and New Mexico-licensed teachers provide guidance and support by interacting with students in live, online classes to help students succeed. An engaging, highly interactive curriculum challenges students with traditional core courses, art, and Spanish, as well as career technical education electives. High school students who need help to get back on track to graduate can take math and English credit recovery courses. The Farmington Learning Center offers in-person tutoring and instruction to provide extra support. For a jump-start on their future, dual enrollment offers qualified students opportunities to earn college credits for select courses, including core graduation requirements. Additionally, NMVA provides real-world training in two career paths: Agriculture, and Business and Marketing. A variety of planned social events, extracurricular activities, community service projects, and clubs bring students together.
