Call for more information. Custom Prefab Contractors, Inc. (CPC) was founded in 1996 by Pamela Volosin and Dennis Holisky. Initially, the only products that CPC offered were wood wall panels. Word spread quickly and builders soon discovered that CPC could save them significant amounts of time and money on their construction projects. Soon thereafter, CPC began offering their crane services to their customers to help deliver and set up their panels even faster. To meet the growing demands of their customers for high quality products, in 2002, Dennis and Pam welcomed Travis Trummer as their third partner and CPC began manufacturing wood roof trusses. As orders surged, CPC outgrew its initial facility and moved to its current, larger location in North Lima, Ohio. In 20__, CPC began manufacturing wood floor trusses so their customers could order all of their prefabricated wood components at once and all with the same quality and customer service they have been accustomed to receiving from CPC. Dennis, Pam, and Travis are committed to providing their customers with unsurpassed personal service and high quality products.
