Samuel Figueroa, MD

Samuel Figueroa, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician specializing in preventative care for adults and seniors for more than 20 years. Dr. Figueroa is also certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is skilled in the treatment of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, spider veins and varicose veins. Dr. Figueroa received his medical degree from the University of Arizona School of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. He then went on to receive a Master’s in Public Health from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Figueroa completed his residency and fellowship training at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut, as well as Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Figueroa is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He served the American Board of Laser Surgery as Executive Director from 2010 to 2011.Dr. Figueroa is welcoming patients at Golden Apple Medicine, a Steward Medical Group practice, located in Goodyear and Downtown Phoenix.
